I helped the team create comprehensive blueprints for their strategy and communications. I also advised them on how to execute their action plan, with a focus on their virtual university.A full suite of guiding documents, including a strategic plan, a communication plan, and information sheets. An enhanced website clearly communicating the organization’s mission. Virtual training workshops launched and fine-tuned through feedback loop.
